ABOUT ME
I’m Alisha, a qualified Reflexologist and Evolve Quantum facilitator located in Sevenoaks, Kent. Having experienced the healing benefits of reflexology during both of my pregnancies, I felt inspired to learn more which eventually led me to retrain as a therapist at the London School of Reflexology. I have a level 3 diploma in Reflexology and I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, which means my training and treatments are held to the highest of standards.
I then went on to qualify as a level one Evolve Quantum Facilitator which is a unique system of Quantum Healing developed by Ever Evolving and accredited by the International Association of Therapists. It combines holographic field work, timeline resolution and root-cause energetic healing resulting in powerful shifts for clients. I felt inspired to learn how to tap into the Quantum field and facilitate healings, after experiencing huge emotional shifts myself from Evolve Quantum healing sessions which erased my own symptoms of anxiety.

ALIGNMENT
Evolve Quantum Healing is a trauma-informed healing modality that works in the quantum field to identify and resolve root causes at the energetic level. Using holographic techniques and timeline integration, it supports release, balance, and alignment with your highest potential. Old patterns can shift, allowing your whole being to realign, creating huge shifts of awareness and an overall sense of wellness and peace.
RESTORATIVE
Reflexology encourages a deep state of relaxation, allowing the body and mind to let go of stress. It is a gentle and effective way to support the body’s natural balance and overall wellbeing. By working with reflex points on the feet, it helps release tension, restore harmony, and create space for both mind and body to feel nurtured. It boosts the circulation and immune system, encourages the flow of nutrients and energy around the body, and supports the body’s natural ability to remove toxins.
WELLBEING
While reflexology is not a medical cure, it can be highly supportive for managing recurring or ongoing health issues. Many notice improved energy, emotional calm, and a greater sense of overall wellbeing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everyone reacts differently to an Evolve Quantum Healing session, the healing continues to work through your field for weeks, even months after depending on the work that takes place. The ripple effect of healing through a person's field is a continual flow towards realignment for that person. Some may only need one session, others may want more as their healing journey progresses and they look to go deeper.
The response to reflexology can be immediate or may take a few sessions to feel the progress. Weekly sessions are ideal for the body to begin the self-healing process. After your initial consultation, I will suggest the number of sessions I think will best support your needs.
Evolve Quantum Healing sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes and cost £70 for an 'in person' healing session and £60 for a 'distance' healing session.
Reflexology sessions last 60 minutes and cost £45 per session.
I also provide a limited number of appointments for clients on a low income; please contact me to enquire about availability.
For cancellations, I require 48 hours notice; otherwise, the session fee will still apply. Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer.
I cannot diagnose medical conditions. You must seek medical advice from your GP if you have symptoms or concerns regarding your health.
My treatments are complimentary treatments which means they run alongside, to compliment and support a person's every day health and wellbeing.
Evolve Quantum healing sessions are gentle and can be experienced either in person or remotely by distance in the comfort of your own home. You remain fully clothed, lying down comfortably and allow the energy shifts to occur.
Reflexology is performed on the feet, so you only need to remove socks or roll up trousers. You will lie on a reclining chair, supported by pillows, and covered with a soft blanket for comfort and warmth ready for deep relaxation.
The sessions are gentle, you may feel an emotional release or just float into a deep place of relaxation. Afterwards clients have reported feeling a unique sense of calm within them and an increased awareness and connection to everything around them.
Powerful feelings of alignment with the body, mind and spirit coming together and restoring balance over the weeks that follow the session, as the healing continues to flow through them as they journey through life.
Some areas may feel slightly sensitive, but reflexology does not involve deep or forceful pressure like a sports massage. I monitor the feet carefully (temperature, colour, and texture) to understand which areas of the body need extra care, adjusting pressure as required.
